Do you write them down once and forget about them often?
Are they merely ideas that pop up here and there in your mind?
Do you make a vision board of them once a year and sometimes remember to glance at it?Do you keep them quiet, not telling a soul, for fears that they may never come true, and you don’t want to embarrass yourself?

What if you wrote them down everyday.
Everyday.
Just one sentence.
Even one word.
Write your dream/s down everyday.

It sounds simple. It sounds easy. It sounds doable, right?

What if you did this everyday?
Would you be putting your energy into making that dream your reality?
I say YES.
Simply by remembering.

We are all busy.
We all have life to deal with and live.
We have others to care about and focus on.
We have jobs to work.
We have a lot of distractions.
Whether they by enjoyable ones or not.

So why not start today.
Start now.
Write down your dream.
Any dream.
It can change from day to day.
Because dreams do change.
It can be the same for 365 days plus.

There are no rules.
Except the rule of allowing yourself to dream.
Allowing yourself to remember your dreams.
Allowing yourself to see that your dreams are possible.

Perhaps you write it down before you get out of bed in the morning.
Perhaps you write it down before you close your eyes at night.
Perhaps you set an alarm/reminder in your phone to go off evey singe day.
To remind you to acknowledge your dreams.

There are no rules to dreaming. {tweet it!}
You can have any dream, big or small.
But I invite you to do it more and more.
You can dream about how you want to feel in your body, life, relationship, work.
Allow yourself to dream.
And then allow yourself to dream bigger.
And then deem yourself worthy of said dream.
And then deem your dream possible.

So, what are you waiting for?  Write it down! Set that alarm! Dream!  You are worthy!
