It’s the last day of of 2013!!!!!!!!  Wowza!  Am I right?  Time. Freaking. Flies.

Amid all of my desires for today, final errands, final clean ups, packing, yoga, bill paying, blah, blah, blah, getting ready for a fabulous party, picking up a final touch, blah, blah, blah.  I am making a point to sit down, shut off my phone, shut off my want-to-do lists and really absorb what came and went with 2013.

I love beginnings, I love seeing all of the possibilities to come and setting intentions… I am going to do that, too.  But, I also love appreciating endings and sending them of with love.  I acknowledge the triumphs and the struggles.  I acknowledge the friendships gained and even some that were lost.  I acknowledge the places that I saw and the home that sheltered me.  I acknowledge all that didn’t work out and all that I learned from it.

Everything that happened in these last 365 days has shaped me even more to who I am, to who I want to be, and to who I do not want to be.  I am tearing up right now as I type this, because man, is that BIG and wow is it TRUE.   And holy shit, I AM GRATEFUL for all of it!

For every lost moment, for every confused moment, for every blissed out moment, for, for every vulnerable moment, for every challenging conversation,  for every laugh, for every tear, for every question.  Thank you.

Really each and everyone has contributed to my 2013 as I stepped back into all that I had dreamed for myself as Your Joyologist when I launched my first website years ago.  I put it all on hold for almost two years to go back on tour with Mr. Jason Mraz as his right hand, Joyologist and Manager of Integrity.  The road has been my home for ten years, and I love it, but this year I built my first real home of my own and was able to reconnect with this home right here.

Life is learning.  Life is growing.  See all of it as a blessing, even if it doesn’t look that way when it drops in on you.

So, I invite you to take some time today and really look over your 2013!  And then you can go ahead and set your goals, intentions, resolutions for what you DO WANT in 2014 and what you DO NOT want in 2014.  Be clear with yourself.  Be real with yourself.

Thank you 2013! WOOHOOOOOOO!  Here we come 2014!

Oh… BTW.  I happened upon the most amazing 2014 planner via a Kickstarter campaign.  This young girl is amazing and the planner is out of this world!  Get yourself a Passion Planner! The campaign is over, but you can still order them from Angelia and you want to.
