Hip hip hooray!  My belongings have made the trip from Los Angeles to New York with a quick layover in Washington D.C.  Most of it went straight into storage, as I currently in a furnished sublet without much space, but my beloved juicer and Vitamix made the cut.

Now, that my juicer is back at my side (and I live in a city where it is easy to get fresh juice) I am committing myself to Terces Juice Feast For the first 7 days of September.

The Juice Club is a way to create an ongoing practice for clarifying your body, mind and spirit.  Terces, and the Café Gratitude community are some of the available resources to support you in experiencing the best year ever!  As Terces approaches her 60th birthday, she is inspired to create a health maintenance program for herself & community that supports us all year long!  As a member of The Juice Club, you will receive daily messages from Terces, and be supported in the ongoing cleansing process.

I have committed to a juice cleanse in years, but I am ready and willing now.  What I have forgotten when previously thinking about joining Terces and her Juice Club, is that I can make a load of juice at once and then bottle it for the day.

Today, with farmers market fresh veggies straight from the Union Square market, I powered up my juicer this afternoon for this delicious and refreshing combo to get in gear for the upcoming cleanse.  I even poured into a used Kombucha bottle to prepare for my week of bottling my juice for on the go!

1 head of kale
1 cucumber
6 pieces of celery
1 lemon
1/2 of 1 apple  (if you like your juice sweeter use the whole apple)
