- after being vegan for 10 years having some serious health issues and tried to do everything she could to heal herself without animal protein but after learning more and more about her body and DNA makeup she started to incorporate it to get high doses of iron
- feeling so much better but hiding she was eating meat because of the shaming and attacks that can happen in moralistic communities and learning more and more and seeing the hypocrisy of it all
- coming out as not being vegan and losing friends, getting death threats and also getting a book deal about women’s bodies and our relationships with food and sex
- creating a leadership coaching for women after seeing how women often suppress their drive, voice and power
- her and her new husband starting to teach a simple framework in couple’s workshops that people kept asking them for again and again so choosing to self-publish a short book to share the info
- the format and how their framework works and how it created the award winning book that is now called Radical Alignment
- teaming up with Rebekah Borucki to bring this lesson to kids in a kids book
