I had leftover soaked buckwheat from making cocoa buckwheaties, one of my favorite raw snacks. ” Do I make more cereal or whip up something else with the buckwheat?”, I asked myself.

I happened to have peaches so chose to whip up a concoction with them.

1 1/4 cup soaked raw buckwheat groats
2 fresh peaches (can use organic frozen too)
1 handful of goji berries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp maca
1 tsp raw honey
a few drops of liquid stevia
1/2 cup hemp milk

Blend away and add ice if you want and you didn’t use frozen peaches.  These made a nice yummy smoothie consistancy.  I put mine in the freezer, because

A) I didn’t use frozen peaches
B) The venue has yet to give me ice today
C) I am not hungry and I am not sure who I am going to give them to.

I am planning on offering them to our crew when the are bit more chilled and also leaving one in the freezer to see if it can make some sort of ice cream like treat!

This made 3 smaller portions….or you can drink it all up in one!
