This is quite possibly the easiest thing to make.  I used to buy the miso soup dry packages, but then realized how easy it is to make a quick miso soup just by using the paste itself and with no extra random preservative ingredients!

Miso is incredibly comforting, soothing, and nutritious.  I don’t eat much soy products, but fermented soy, like miso do provide amazing benefits, it is the unfermented stuff that you want to limit in your diet.
