Meghan Telpner is a Toronto-based author, speaker, nutritionist, and founder of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. She’s written two bestselling books: UnDiet: Eat Your Way to Vibrant Health and The UnDiet CookbookMeghan’s success in cultivating a global community of UnDiet enthusiasts and Culinary Nutrition Experts has garnered her a feature in Forbes, and The Million-Dollar One Person Business, and ranked her as one of the top 100 female entrepreneurs in Canada

 

She is also the mom of a two year-old.

  • fiercely protecting the quality of her life and  her whole health with boundaries in her work and personal life

  • being able to create new relationships within old relationships
  • how often people stay in the discomfort that you don’t know rather than making space for what you do want
  • the pressure that can exist to constantly publish what you are doing on social media 
  • how shifting my instagram name gave me clarity, ownership and boundaries online
  • her non-shopping commitment and how much free time that created in her life
