They are so free. Stumbling around, attempting to run and tumbling into the sand. Get up with no reaction, no thought, they just keep stumbling and keep going.
One kid about the height of my knees, has a completely white sunscreen covered face (not rubbed in) and is run/stumbling through the sand and falling face first. Without hesitation, continues to stumble on with the biggest grin ever.
Some run screaming into the tide they laugh and scream at the same time as the water comes to them. How can I not feel the joy that is radiating from them?
