Yogat no more excuses. You got no more excuses. Get it??!
How many of you out there are always saying that you want to get into yoga, you want to do more yoga, you want to advance your yoga practice, you want to be able to do a handstand….
The hardest part of yoga is walking out the front door. Am I right? No matter how exhausted, achy, blah, sick I feel I always feel better after going to yoga, but sometimes it is just so damn hard to make it to class!
I slept too late, I got distracted, I ate something and now can’t practice for 3 hours, the traffic at that time of day, I am just too cozy at home, the baby is sleeping, on and on we have excuses for missing practice.
That is why I love, love, love Yogaglo. They have nailed the virtual yoga class. They have a beautiful space with a camera angle that makes you feel like you are really in the room. They only shoot classes to air, so a lot of time, effort, and care goes into their space, their camera angles, their teachers, all of it. They offer all sorts of styles, levels, and lengths of classes. So, you really have no excuse. They offer pre and post natal classes, inversion practices, yoga for bedtime, and mediations, too! They even have 15 minute classes!
Sometimes it is hard to set myself up for an hour practice. Either I am too tired, too lazy, or I don’t want to spare that much time because I am working on a lot of good stuff! But, we can all make time for 15 minutes and those 15 minutes does tremendous amount of good stuff for the body and the mind.
Also, yogaglo has some of my favorite yoga teachers that I have ever taken a class with, ever. Two of my ultimate favorites are the ethereal Elena Brower and the adorable Kathyrn Budig. If you live in So Cal you can also go to their studio and be in the classes they film when their rock star yoga teachers are in town filming new videos.
So maybe you are traveling, maybe you live far from a good yoga studio, maybe you are a beginner and don’t know where to start, maybe you are advanced and have no local teachers that push up and inspire you, maybe you have little ones running around and can’t get away, maybe you work odd hours, maybe you are just a non-comformist and can not take that fact that you have to make it to a yoga class on time so you just don’t go. Whatever your story is, you really have no more excuses. Get your yoga on.
Oh and the first two weeks are free and then only $18 a month! That is cheaper then some studios drop in classes.
And no this is not an endorsed post I just really love Yogaglo and have used it for years while traveling and not traveling.
