I just had to call myself out on a case of the shoulds! Sometimes allowing yourself to relax is the hardest thing, right?! And sometimes not shoulding yourself into doing something just means changing the way you think about it. ——-I was just convincing myself I was allowed to call it a day and then remembered one last thing I “should” do. I had to stop and think and realize I would feel better if I did this one last thing. So really I WANT to do it! A shift in perspective & attitude changes everything!
