In this episode i talk about:
Wow it has been one year since I released the first episodes!
I hit record and reflected on the journey from starting to what I feel today before and after interviews.
I talk about why I wanted to do it the way that I do and why I ask guests about their doubts, and fears.
That we are programmed to look outside of ourselves for validation when really the validation we need the most is our own.
How the first thought we have which can often be judgmental is the voice we have been conditioned to believe and the second thought is our truth.
How we must question our thoughts and be radically compassionate to ourselves.
The similarities and differences of the guests.
Why it is called Claim it!
And more rambles about shoulds and how we are programmed to be hard on ourselves and feel we aren’t enough or doing it right!
Thank you so so so so much for listening, and sharing!
