Did you know there are over 43 different types of loss?  Neither did Libby Carstensen.  And then her grandfather and father died suddenly within 45 days of each other. Devastated by their unexpected deaths, Libby had an even bigger revelation – although she was trained as a life coach and a meditation and yoga teacher, she was ill-prepared for loss.  She felt alone, devastated, and misunderstood.

The revelations around loss continued, like the unmet hopes, dreams, and expectations of past jobs, relationships, moves, finances, and health that were festering and causing her grief.

Now, 4 years later, Libby is a trained Grief Recovery Specialist and she coaches clients moving through all types of loss. As a kundalini yoga and mindfulness teacher, Libby teaches us the idea is not just to feel better but get better at feeling.
