Have you heard of rebounding?  Jumping on mini-trampolines?  It is amazing.  It does a lot for your internal and external body, but I really don’t even give a damn about that (okay, of course i do), but I would do it anyway if it didn’t.

It is so fun!  I don’t do extensive periods of jumping on mine, but what i do, do is take short Jump/dance to the fullest song breaks throughout the day.  It is the perfect break!  I also sometimes take hula hooping breaks.

I say, those smokers, they do got one thing going for them.  They take short breaks throughout the day to go get their fix.  The fix I do not care for, but I highly recommend endorse short pick me up breaks.

You can choose your poison and mix it up.  Do a few yoga poses, just close your eyes and breathe, take a tea break where all you do is drink your tea and chill, take a walk around the block, hula hoop, jump up and down, shake your body from head to toe while fluttering your lips.  Let Go!  Rejuvenate!  Refresh!

Oh, and if you want to know the health benefits of rebounding…

-detoxes fatty tissue
-increases lymph flow
-stimulates internal organs, especially the intestine
-strengthens the immune system
-called the most effective exercise known to man

Ok, honestly, there are too many amazing benefits.  I recommend checking out this site for more!

I let my pandora station dictate when I take my breaks.  Here is a quick glimpse of me taking advantage of a great jumping song today.  Yes, go ahead and laugh at me.  I am.
