I am sharing with you the process I use to feel through my feelings and the questions I ask myself to move through the more challenging emotions (doubts, fears, anxiety, worries)
and then create a powerful affirmation or mantra to use to stop the feedback loop when the thoughts that don’t serve me keep coming up.
Make sure to watch the video, but here are the steps below!
1) What am I feeling? -Name it
2) Where did this come from? – Explore the feeling
3) Is this real or a story I am making up? Is there anything I can do about this?
4) What do I want to believe? Or how do I want to feel?
5) Create a now tense statement. ie, I am enough right now as I am. Or I choose to approach this day with ease and fun.
