Life has a lot to offer us. As your lists of “I want to do”, work and personal life all circle in your head, take a break of 2-5 minutes to just be. Hula hoop, close your eyes and breathe, step outside into nature, whatever it is, just let your brain turn off for a few minutes and savor the joy of life. Then bring that joy back into it all!
