This is super easy! Stand tall with both feet flat on the floor, shoulders back, pull belly button to the spine. Now, inhale both arms forward and up, exhale them down and back. Keeping arms straight but not tense. Do at least ten times and then switch the directions of you arms for another 10 or more (do the same amount in each direction). Inhale arms back and up, exhale forward and down. This releases tension in your shoulders and lactic acid that is built up. You know, those nasty knots that build up!
