I am getting ready for my move across the country.  This getting ready includes attempting to use all food/beverage items that are in my kitchen.  Tonight, I was about to head out to buy a bottle of red wine (my usual alcoholic indulgence) when I remembered the open bottle of sake that was in my fridge.  The sake alone was not sounding to appetizing….BUT…I had just bought a 22 pound bag of grapefruit at the farmer’s market today.  Tada!  Sounded the perfect way to utilize both items, because really as much as I love grapefruit 22 pounds in 11 days is more than my usual intake.

So……
