For the year of 2011, I am hereby committing to
1- Do every single dish and wipe down my kitchen counters before bed each night, no matter how tired I am.
2- Clear off, organize and wipe down my dining/work table every night before bed.
3- Do a big wipe down, mopping of my entire apartment once a week.
4-Do an “If I am not relishing it, release it” grand sweep of my entire apartment on the first of each month (if I am in town, if not I will move to closest day).
5- Make a daily practice to acknowledge the greatness of someone in my life (whom I know or don’t know but inspires me) either by email or phone (or in person).
6- Writing and Publishing my book of “How to be Your Own Joyologist” (working title)
7- Writing and Publishing my memoir, the stories of my life, but most importantly how I have chosen to live it.
8- Going Greener and Cleaner in all areas of my life, thanks to the help of NO MORE DIRTY LOOKS I am currently completely changing out all of my beauty care products for true natural products (now washing my hair with just apple cider vinegar!)
9- Keeping in touch with my cousin Todd and my step-Grandfather and making sure that they fully get that I love them and want them in my life.
10- Taking beginner hip hop dancing classes.
11- Being a strong stance for you to know that you are the creator of your own life and that I believe in you.
I am so grateful for this life, for all of you, for all that is and for all that is not. 2011 we are on!
I’m curious about washing hair with apple cider vinegar. How much would I use? How often? Do you still condition your hair?
You are truly inspiring. (I’m a little curious about that apple cider vinegar thing myself.)
LOVE THIS!!!!!
